An old co worker who lives in new condo in Norwich was getting 120 down, and 50 up. That was 2 or 3 years ago. To me that is super high speed for that time. Especially since I was offered 6.5 down and 0.5 up, which is still the only thing available on my street from Frontier.

I call BS on that. Userse never had speeds like that. Definitely not 2 to 3 years ago.
