I contacted crestron and they would not give me the firmware but said it might not be firmware related. I have never experienced this problem before, not sure why this is happening. I have tried multiple different ports and IPs and they have always matched on the Ipad APP. I can always connect but never initialize. What else could I be missing?
Has it worked before and just stopped?
