According to Time Warner, they have been, in the past few weeks, performing firmware updates to the modems to which has created interim collateral damage.
I performed a port check for many of the ports needed and all were closed, regardless of port forwarding. Time Warner blamed it on a bad modem and will be replaced. This will be the 4th modem replacement for the client in 18 months.
