Hi Jason. I have the same predicament as you as I just got an Arris X1 box with the voice enabled remote. I have a Pronto TSU 3500 and less knowledge than you with respect to programming, but can cut and paste 😀. I have requested assistance in the Pronto section of the forums with no luck. Was wondering if you could shoot me the codes to input into my software. Thanks in advance.
