Ok, I downloaded Ir scrutinizer. I think I have it set up right. I'm in the "generate" tab, I set the drop down to XMP. I put 62 in the "D" box, I put 16 in the "S" box, and I assume I put "9" in the F box for number 9, or 13 for Channel up then press "generate." It gives me a pronto hex code. I paste it in the custom IR in pronto edit and test the signal, but they all give a "0" command. Am I doing it wrong?

3FG, most of the commands give me a repeating command. How do I set it for a single? If I put in the "3" and test, it gives me a "33."
