I have finally decided to swap the old Pioneer SC-35, a beauty of a powerhouse 45lb tank! :(. The only complaint over the last 5+ years is it's slow hdmi hdcp switching/power up delay at bout 10-12 sec's. It sounds amazing still & is true to it's 140watts!

Anyhow, just un-boxed a ZA3000ES to test the Sonos feature. Setup was a breeze thanks to all the posts above dudes. Works great & is cool BUT..... a Sonos pause or mute command (whether app, pc, controller, ip, etc) does not turn off the Sony avr!? I find the automation cool to detect, turn on, change source, etc great BUT..... now my nice new lightweight avr is on all day after I leave. WTF, I now have to remember to grab my T2X or use Sony app (is there one?) to shut er down. Am I missing something guys?
