I have a MX880 going in on a job, so this is good to know. I don't have any hair to pull out, so it would have been ugly for sure....
So the antique running XP will come back from the dust one more time. It's in such a sad state that it has to be run off direct power since the charging circuit is bad, so it won't charge the battery any longer. Sorta like me, needing some assistance most of the time.... :-)
