I'm having the exact same problem with these screens and an amx controller.
Latest firmware fixed an rs232 audio mute bug we had but display definitely goes into deep sleep and won't power back on after 20 minutes.
Has anyone tried assigning a static ip address to the display with no network cable connected to see if that is enough to keep the ports alive?
