What would you suggest for a DIY'er wanting to add Crestron Lighting controls? I am currently using ZWave and im tired of building stuff to sit between Crestron and my lighting controls. Right now im using HomeSeer since i purchased it 6 years ago and im using TCP to send status and commands back and forth between Crestron and Homeseer. I am finally looking to take the plunge into Crestron Lighting but i am curious which devices you would suggest for me to use? switches with local load control and infinet or wired back to a control processor? or a Panel with homeruns for the lights back to a closet? What is the advantage of running to a CLX-1DIM4 vs (4) CLW-DIM1RF?
My end goal is to get instance status when lights are turned on or off and the basic controls (ON,OFF,DIMXX).
