Are you not using a AMX Denon module?? Will be a PITA of a job if youre not and your first attempt at AMX programming involves writing a module from scratch.
Button events to send one off strings are one thing. String manipulation is another.
PS: Be wary of the MPV5200i. Batteries in them are known to expand/explode.
