It sound as if the router was reset. You could easily have an IP address conflict. This might work itself out as the DHCP leases expire -- or it might not.

How would that send trigger commands, etc. to the Family Room receiver, two times? The Pro Control remote uses RF not IP to its receiver. I'm not using any ip commands from the receiver to any devices either. Receiver is just plugged into the LAN for sending programming file.
