Which includes artists, DJ's, and yes everyone else including yourself. I knew a sports bar owner that had to pay because he had the volume turned up on the TV's! If its got music being played by a person and/or a device, you must have a license. Odds are you would not see them. However, if they did come buy you will be warned and/or fined.

Sorry. I dont believe AV Showrooms or retail stores fall under any "Public viewing" license.

I would definitely have to see this happen to believe it.
