NO! The cat ran away, when my friend started house sitting. The cat has always had freedom via a cat door. The cat must have freaked because it's owners took off and left this stranger to take care of it! My friend was pretty freaked -out! The cat slept with her the first night, then the next morning she was GONE!
My cat has never been collared, fenced, locked up, etc.
Neither has my friend... (that I can recall anyways)...
