If I were to ride a crotch rocket, I'll def be wearing a helmet. Because I know how much of an ass I will be.

But if I were to ride a cruiser of such. I probably won't wear a helmet. But it all depends on how busy the road is or what not. Nevertheless, if you elect not to wear a helmet then you mush wear glasses to protect your eyes. That's how the law is written in CT at least.
