Why would a promo 2 months from now affect your selling price?
When I spec an item and it then goes on sale, all I say to myself is "yay, mo money in my pocket".
Unless of cause they are running ads in magazines that end users / clients would see.
I don't normally see that with anything that I carry/recommend.
The challenge was on a dollar to dollar normal retail/selling price comparison, the Sonance's blew away the Origin Acoustics across the board...now when they offer 1 or 2 steps up for the same price the comparison gets much closer...but I can't spec a $600 speaker at $200 for the same performance as the Sonance's normal $200 speaker because the promo is only for a certain amount of time and could end at any time.
