It does not mean that you can omit to run the coax to the TV locations entirely.

Use a dedicate switch for U-verse set top boxes if you have more boxes than their gateway can accommodate. And use another switch for other Ethernet connections.

This is essentially two houses in one. 6000+ square feet, stretched mainly across one floor with a couple rooms upstairs. Hard concrete/plaster on metal lathe. Two separate attics, 2 separate basements. Half of the house was run with some old rg6. Other half was able to get cat5 in, except they ONLY ran cat5, no coax. Really need to utilize both if possible. Running wires will be VERY difficult at this stage.
