Not sure if Flirc can do PS3 power on, probably not. Other than that, two shouldn't be a problem unless you use standby a lot on your PC. In that case, any signal might wake it.

As far as the HTPC IR Receiver, I'm looking for one that I can use to turn-on my HTPC (would prefer standby and from complete powered off state), and can control with my MX-980 (if possible). I'm planning on using either XBMC or Plex (haven't decided yet). I've got a Logitech K400 already hooked up via a 65ft USB extension from my Media Closet to the Living Room (tested and works great), so for most functions I'll be using it, but would prefer to use the MX-980 to turn on the HTPC and start a movie, if possible.
