Hope this is the right place for this. I found the manual and IR codes for my LG TV, my just can't get my head around how to write the HEX code. Wanting to do input selection (HDMI1, 2 etc.). It's on page 113 of the manual here:

Page 107 of the manual lists the codes in commands in short hex format, but doesn't give you any indication of the device number or subdevice number, which makes the codes useless unless you have an OEM remote or a knowledge of LG codes.
LG hasn't changed their code set in some time, so if your device accepts discretes, they will be in this post, which is about 4 posts down from this one.
