Wow, sad deal.
Addiction is a bitch. I have a family history of it (mostly alcoholism) and I have to keep that in the back of my mind every day, especially when the stress and pressures of life start to get harsh and I think "damn, I need a drink".
Also, I am over 40 now. Life doesn't seem as long as it used to be.
