I knew he was local here. He hasn't posted in a year or two. What happened?

Do you have any more info? This is a puzzle waiting to be unraveled, since Vincent Delpino was a character on Doogie Howser. He was played in the TV show by Max Casella, who seems to still be alive. And not into A/V.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

Vincent Delpino (Scott) was quite a character right here as well. Max Casella may not have been into AV but his character (on Doogie Howser) wanted to be a director.

I remember he posted about a cousin losing a fight to liver disease. I wonder if it ran in the family? My brother was diagnosed with liver disease about a year and a half ago. He was alerted to his condition when his skin turned yellow. When he got to the hospital they told him his days were numbered and that he would have to have a transplant. Currently he is off the transplant list, and doing very well. He immediately went on prescribed medication, adjusted his diet, eliminated his stress (abandoned his life and moved in with our mom) and started exercising. It was very scary there for a while...mostly because it just came out of nowhere.

Sad news.

Hearing about people dying in their 40's used to didn't bother me. now at six months short of 40, I hate these stories.
