I need something made up, specifically out of MDF. Ive called a few places but they just CNC metal and didnt know of anyone that does CNC milling out of MDF.
If anyone knows of a local CNC Shop in the eastern PA/Philadelphia/Southern NJ market I would greatly appreciate it!
Go to a good woodworking store and look in their book of business cards- people are getting into more CNC milling of wood and the price is dropping, as well as people building their own.
If this for something you'll use on a regular basis, you could have one made from 1/4" aluminum and use that as a router template.
Some cabinet shops and sign-makers use this, too.
