Tore,
I suspect that you have characters such as quotes (") or (') in one of your entries in the CSV file. Please verify.
If you can't figure it out, use winzip to zip the CSV file and email it to me and I'll take a look but cannot guarantee a quick fix as it is the holiday season. I suspect that you may have some characters that are causing problems with the CSV.
Also, what version are you using? 2.0.0.0 or 2.0.0.1?
