I once, years ago, was in a position where I did not know where my next meal was going to come from. Nobody ever knew at the place i was working at the time but there was a lady that provided snacks for customers and this fed me for about two weeks.

Ever since then I keep snacks and munchies at my desk for other employees.

I get thanked daily for that.

This week I had to get a signature from a client so I could get paid by his warranty company and found out he was having a hard time finding a job.

I met him at a Cracker Barrel with the paperwork and fed him dinner. It was very apparant he was hungry, but he refrained from devouring the whole thing, and saved the other half and took it home to his wife.

Trust me when i say you just never know when someone is in need but they are holding there head high in search of a solution.

Longest two weeks of my life.
