Nice job Paul.
Is there a way to start tilting the TV while it's still sliding from under the TV to shorten the dead space in front of the bed?

Hi Mario, the extra space at the end of the bed was by design because there's a chaise lounge at the end of the bed and we needed the extra extension.  Activated design added a second sliding mechanism for the extra reach so there's a total of 4 stages.  This added about $3k to the cost.

Total price for the install was almost $20k after factoring in the lift, equipment, labor and all the fabrication work and modifications on the bed.  The bed has an adjustable base so it's really busy underneath the bed (bed mechanism has a total of 8 actuators & two power supplies) so with the TV lift and sub under there too there's a lot going on.

Here's a couple photos showing the beds in different positions... you can see at the foot of the bed where the footboard was modified to create a slot for the TV to slide out (it used to be flat across the bottom).
