Well, if it makes you feel better, I got fu*ked just a day later.
I went to look on Craigslist in the town I was going to be driving by to see if there were any implements that I could purchase while on the way to pickup my eBay tractor.
Lo and behold I find this gem:

I sure as hell hope that this Craiglist thing is a scam.
Yes, I could have called the eBay guy and tell him the deal is off and maybe even pay him few hundred bucks for his eBay fees, but I didn't want to be a jerk.
