The file that had the iPad program will have the XP program in it as well. You can't recover the iPad program so need this file or must start from scratch.
If you start from scratch your next problem is that the client paid $150 for a license that is registered to that xp6 for each iPad being used. This license file is needed to make a new program for the iPads and it work with the xp6.
