donnie is a new member, so we can cut him some slack. I don't know why it's so, but it seems that only new members dredge up old threads from before the start of time... then answer them as though it's the hottest topic right now. In my snarkier moments I've commented to such newbies that it's not helpful as the original poster might have quit A/V and gone through and then quit an entire real estate sales career by now... so why answer now?

Maybe the newbs are so thrilled to have someone to talk to that they rush through and don't notice the date of the last post!
