yeah, the HC800 can actually run 4 Discrete outputs. I've used the analogs to add an extra zone a couple times in jobs.
There is 2 analog outs in fact. You might even want to Run the Zone 2 into the 800 and then use Out 1 for abus and out 2 for Outdoor. that way, you could actually turn on the outdoor without the abus and visa versa. (Would also fix the delay)
