I need to send HDMI via CatX from a Yamaha RXA1030 to a Sony LED and then from the LED location to a Sony projector. The projector idea was an afterthought so there are no continuous runs from the rack to the projector. There are CatX runs from the rack to the LED and from the LED to the projector. Is there an HDBaseT receiver that has an RJ45 "through" output that can send the signal on to another receiver?

I know I can use 2 sets and use a coupler at the the LED location but I might be using the extra CatX for local 4K media server and screen trigger at one or each display locations. The other option is the have the 4K server in the rack but I'm afraid I'll run into trouble with all the extra connections/splitting/length/coupler etc.
