The "Variables" portion is not available and this is for Total Control.

I am not aware of any specific documentation that would be for Variable creation outside of the variables training in the URC University.

Variables within CCP have limited scope since the system can't share information and variables are all reset on every reset of the interface unlike in TC/ccGEN2.

If you want to see extensive use of variables in a CCP Program you can search "MX-5000 Advanced File" in the forums and it should come up with a remote that was programmed for a customer that uses pretty much the most advanced level of variable you can imagine to program the system efficiently.
