Why would you characterize complaining about it not being easily searchable as "bitching"? Aren't you trying to make money with this stuff? Doesn't URC want to sell product and have us program it? Isn't it sorta on them to make information that they know about available to us in an easy to find manner? Or are you at the point where anybody pointing out that anything is not as it should be is to be called "bitching"?
Go to training Ernie. That's where the pros go to learn. I KNOW URC but still go from time to time. I know for a fact you do not go, and therefore are unsure of how to do what you are looking to do. URC offers FREE training to dealers, often through your local distributors. URC has a community of dealers on their own forum. URC does not throw all information out there for the masses. Failure to properly train yourself on a product that has easy to attend, free classes equals to nothing short of trunkslamming. Do yourself and your clients a favor, go to a training class and get a refresher or learn something new. If what you want is not covered, ask the trainer after the class. They are always, in my experience, willing to help. My 2 cents.
