If someone has used a document that I can get from the URC website, and has learned about variables from it, I'd appreciate knowing where it is. I found one that was confusing, only to find that it's written mostly for Total Control and I'm still doing Complete Control; I found another that seems to go from "you can make an if/then statement using variables" to "here's how to nest those statements," but I totally missed the part explaining how to do it in the first place.

As of Friday, the trainer was unavailable, which is why I'm asking the rest of you.  For what it's worth, I've done if/thens with variables in RTI setups.
