Well look at it this way if you are a small businessperson...
WOuld you choose to open shop in a crappy, poor neighborhood, where people are on food stamps and not making it paycheck to paycheck --- or would you open shop in an area where people have a little $$$ to buy your crap once in a while?
This is how I am thinking about this whole deal --- and I was opposed at first.
I deal daily with people bringing in speakers that should literally be thrown in the trash - but they insist on re-foaming or reconing their speakers because they cannot afford new ones.
If these people made a few more bucks, that might change.
