I didn't know about DTools integration... that's something to noodle.
When I looked at LT vs Engineering version of AutoCad (Electrical and Plumbing) the key difference was that Eng version can do wire numbers: not only drawing them, but tracking and managing the actual numbers.
But unless you're doing jobs with lots of wires and schematics, the $3-4K price diff doesn't make sense.
$1k LT version was the choice for me as it does all the floorplan needs for our trade, including grooming of layers to make UI's and stuff.
