Not that RTI cares or looks at these threads but I called RTI tech support yesterday and waited 9 minutes on the phone before finally choosing to leave a message for a tech to call me back.
I'm still waiting...kind of like how we are always waiting for them to release their product.
I've rarely waited more than 5 minutes to get a URC tech support person.
RTI needs to wake their asses up and start changing the way they do business!!
