Another red herring.
Most cig smokers smoke a min of a pack a day. Most cannabis smokers smoke far, far less (but yes there are exceptions). Certainly there is probably more tar in one hit of cannabis vs. one drag from a cig. But count the drags on a cigarettes, then multiply by 20 cigs a day and you will quickly realize that this is not an argument. And while the cannabis may lose the tar comparison in one hit vs one puff of a cig, what other chems are in those cigarettes that are also doing a lot of damage?
And then there is this little thing called a vaporizer. But they are arguably only used by less than 1%
Any idea of how much a cigarette filter removes? It would be interesting to see the smoke density and compounds with/without the filter. Then, there's the matter of the two using completely different plants.
