I bought my first shotgun the week my wife had our daughter...  I also grew up with 2 older sisters, so i know of the psychotic years which are sure to eventually come.  Not looking forward to the teenage years..
All you can do is raise them right, teach them to respect themselves and others and just be a REAL parent and help guide them along their way...

This way you won't end up with a spoiled little sexting, shit bag, back talking, cursing vermin that so many of our customers seem to have!
