I think that Steve keeps asking questions so that he can learn more about AV systems. While we may get frustrated with giving him good answers to doing things the right way but he has always been polite and seems grateful for our advice and suggestions.

While I believe the best way to distribute Roku to 4 TVs is to velcro a Roku to the back of each TV, for the sake of discussion how about using an ATSC HD modulator that would modulate the HDMI output of a Roku to coax and run coax to the ATSC input on the TVs.
