It's too bad that this site is full of people who are like "ha ha I know and you don't and I won't help you unless you PAY me to help you".

As pointed out by many people, URC does not prevent dealers from giving the software and helping people. But, certain people on this site do.

This is a poor business model which few important companies use. URC could easily KILL Logitech and other remote vendors with a better business model. They have great products.

For those of you who believe in URCs model, simply DON'T ANSWER A POST as opposed to referring to manuals/files which are unavailable to consumers. One of the great advantages of the web and forums is for people to HELP EACH OTHER.
