Yes it will. The difference between the mrf300 and mrf350, is the narrow band rf of the mrf350, which the mx-350 doesn't have.
Remember you have unplug the mrf100's, in both locations. get rid of them, if you don't won't crosstalk between locations.
Even though my mx-350 and mrf-300 will be assigned to each other the mx-350 will still communicate with the mrf-100?
