What do you mean by "with serial"?

You can take a CAT5 and solder DB9s on each end. Voila -- that part is done.

Is there some reason that you require the Serial to be built into the same chassis as the Component to CAT converter? What's more likely for a company to think it can make money by selling, a component to CAT converter or a component to CAT converter that's also got, basically, an RJ45 on one side and a DB9 on the other, just to pass RS232 through it? The second is much less likely to be in demand, so might never have been made.
