Your height (21st) floor and clear view helps a lot. When the weather warms up (I get better reception in the summer), you should be able to get WBBZ and Ion which are on rf 7 and rf 23. They have several subchannels. Based on your location, you should also receive Rochester stations on exceptional days in the summer.
