It's been awhile (quite awhile) but here is my latest reception report taken today with the homemade Hoverman pointed at Toronto from the heart of Grand Island NY while watching Hockey Day in Canada:

5.1: 4 out of 4 bars (sorry, but that is the way the TV reports it :-) Also noteworthy is that reception is solid and not cutting out every 15 seconds like it did when they switched to 1280x720..
19.1: 3 out of 4 (3/4)
25.1: 3/4, picture breaks up constantly
36.1: 3/4 solid pic
40.1: 1/4 pic does not break up
41.1: 3/4 solid pic
42.1: 4/4 solid pic
43.10: 2/4 no pic but they're playing music. Sound breaks up every now and then
