Thanks for some confirmation of the issue. I haven't had a chance to get back to the sites (a few of them).
From my memory the tech at Procontrol had me do something similar or the same (I don't totally recall) as Craig Aguiar-Winter mentioned doing. What he had me do made it way too slow so I put it back.
I'll try to post my results, when I can get back to site.
