I know the OP says that he contacted tech support already, but I have to say the times I've had to call Pro Control support, my only complaint was that I didn't call sooner, instead of wasting my time prior to calling. They really know their product.
My wife says I can't do sarcasm. She says I just sound like an a$$hole.
