I love when guys suggest the solution being buy ......... That sure helps you when you have a unit acting up that's in a customer's house. Maybe start a new thread with your suggestion, and qualify it with why it's better. We get it. You love Yamaha. But time is money and this guy needs a solution. How hypocritical of me to waste your time typing this. Sorry. My 2c. I just finished an install a few weeks ago using 24r and an sr5008 and one of their pre amps. Can't remember the numbers. AV7701 maybe? Anyway, when I get a chance this aft I'll look at my programming tell you what I did. I seem to recall dealing with this then.
