According to their Facebook page WBXZ-LD (Channel 56) Buffalo will sign on February 3rd. Channels 56.1 through 56.5...maybe 56.6. Because they will be transmitting on Channel 17 their signal will be very directional away from the Niagara region--according to their coverage map. Check out their site:

Also, Channel 39 WDTB is Daystar from Buffalo. For months now it's just been a black screen with the words "No Signal" in the top left. They're transmitting on channel 29 but Wikipedia's saying they're going to transmit from channel 28...
Wiki also says they're both broadcasting at 15kw. We'll just have to wait and see
