Bitching about URC's handling of out of warranty product is de rigeur for this forum.
He's just trying everything he can to see if there is a possible fix instead of trying to buy a new remote. There's nothing wrong with at least asking us about it and putting in a call to URC.
Nowhere in his posts do I see him bitching about URC. He just said they weren't helpful and didn't have a solution. And now he is asking us for suggestions.
It's post like these that keep our customers off this forum.
