Hi
the easiest option for you is ask your neighbour to change his channel number if you don't have your pronto program.Other wise you will have to recreate your pronto program.
The Busy red LED on the RFX9600 is due to interference this can be from things like , baby monitors, DECT cordless phones or someone else on the same wifi channel.
