Hi guys im new here and need some help please.
I have a TSU9600 and RFX9400 that are no longer communicatuing... all I get is the command failed on the remote and the busy LED is solid red,
Inssider is showing a clash on the channel from a neighbour network would this be why?
I changed the extender to channel 11 and its ok but I need to change the channel in the remote.
How to do this?? I have prontoedit and know where the network setting etc are, but I do not have the program for the remote and understand you cannot get the program off the remote and am scared I will wipe the remote and then ill be screwed. im also unsure how to connect with the remote once connected to my PC by USB
